As two health professionals we have a strong desire to ensure that anyone requiring healthcare receives the highest possible standard of care.
Our vision when creating our business was to provide a collection of training packages that would allow managers to 'slice' from our collection their teams individual needs and empower heathcare professionals to always strive to 'make a difference'.
The 'dice' - represents our desire to be innovative and creative when delivering our packages, allowing our delegates to enjoy the day whilst providing a thought provoking and challenging environment that encourages everyone to work together and take the ideas and knowledge they receive back into the workplace.
Bringing this altogether culminated into the phrase 'Slice and Dice' from whence our philosophy was born.
Health Care Training for Health Professionals
Red Top Training offers a series of training days designed to realise your teams potential, enabling them to 'make a difference' cost effectively whilst empowering them to raise standards in health care.
All of our programmes are adaptable and can be tailor made to meet your specific requirements. We offer single sessions as well as half days and full days.
To get the most from our programmes we suggest groups of no more than 20 delegates to ensure maximum impact.
Alongside our 'team' focus, we can also offer individual tutorials and clinical supervision.
